What inspired you to pursue real estate, and what drew you specifically to the luxury space?

Real estate has always been part of my life - growing up in Clayton, I was surrounded by architecture, design, and a strong sense of community. My background in marketing and client experience naturally led me here, where storytelling and strategy intersect. The luxury space felt like a natural fit, as I've always been drawn to environments where details, presentation, and overall experience matter.

Beyond the price point, what does "luxury" mean to you?

Luxury is about intention. It's how a home lives, feels, and has been thoughtfully considered at every level. To me, it's a seamless, curated experience that feels calm, informed, and effortless. It's anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every touchpoint is handled with care and precision.

How do you think a fresh perspective benefits your clients in today's market?

A fresh perspective allows me to challenge traditional thinking and approach each property with a modern, strategic lens. I focus on creating a distinct narrative through elevated marketing, visual storytelling, and thoughtful positioning. In a highly competitive, digital-first market, that differentiation drives stronger engagement and better results.

What new tools or ideas are you using to elevate your client experience from day one?

I focus on thoughtful presentation and clear, consistent communication from the very beginning. From elevated marketing materials to a highly organized CRM approach, everything is designed to feel seamless and intentional. My goal is to ensure clients always feel informed, confident, and fully supported. 

What's your philosophy when it comes to guiding clients through major financial decisions?

Every client's situation is unique, and I approach each decision with a tailored, thoughtful mindset. I guide clients with the understanding that this is one of the most important decisions they'll make, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout the process. Ultimately, it's about building trust and providing clarity every step of the way.

Who or what has influenced your approach to real estate so far?

My parents have been foundational to how I approach real estate. My mother, Ann Wroth, built her career at Gladys Manion on relationships, trust, and an unwavering commitment to her clients, while my father, Skip Dufour, a real estate attorney, instilled in me a deep understanding of the legal and strategic complexities behind every transaction. Together, along with my marketing background, they've shaped a perspective that is both highly relational and thoughtfully strategic.

What makes St. Louis such a special place to call home?

St. Louis offers a unique blend of history, architecture, and community that's hard to replicate. Having grown up in Clayton, there's a deep-rooted sense of pride and familiarity that makes it especially meaningful.

Are there particular neighborhoods or architectural styles you're especially drawn to?

I'm especially drawn to Clayton, Ladue, Webster Groves, the Central West End, and areas around Tower Grove Park for their blend of historic character and evolving design. I have a deep appreciation for homes with craftsmanship, permanence, and architectural integrity. Whether classic or modern, I'm drawn to properties that feel intentional and tell a clear story.

Outside of real estate, what inspires your sense of style or creativity?

Travel, hospitality, and retail have all shaped my perspective on design and experience. My time in Los Angeles and in digital marketing, including work with Westfield Group, refined my approach to storytelling and brand positioning. I'm constantly inspired by well-executed environments that feel both elevated and welcoming.

How do you recharge and stay balanced?

I recharge by spending time with close friends and family, staying active, and stepping away when needed. I'm also drawn to quiet moments of reflection - disconnecting, observing, and being fully present. Those intentional pauses help me stay grounded, focused, and inspired.
